Tumacacori Mesquite, owned and operated by sawyers and artisans Art & Valerie Flores, has produced mesquite lumber and craft products at this site for over 20 years.
Art & Valerie commercially mill mesquite from logs to lumber to produce fine mesquite furniture and a extraordinary custom doors. They then recycle the "scrap" from the milling operation to create a range of small craft items including cutting boards, crosses, and limb boxes.
Art & Valerie's base of operation is historic Tumacacori, located 20 miles north of the Mexican border in southern Arizona in the heart of the mesquite bosque (forest) region of the Sonoran desert.
